Over the past decade I have developed a strong appreciation for the many moving parts of successful businesses. Breeze Business Management is an accumulation of the skills that I have fine-tuned throughout my professional working experience in Toronto and Muskoka. Combining insight from multiple disciplines and industries including the arts, trades, retail, not-for-profit, and social enterprise sectors, I bring a unique skillset to clients and have a strong passion for solving problems.
I grew up in the rural haven of Huntsville, Ontario before I relocated to Toronto in 2013 where I gained critical behind-the-scenes work experience with a number of high-profile creative businesses specializing in the music industry. Ventures have included television commercial work, successful applications for provincial grants (grossing more than $500K), business management for some of Canada’s best export artists and a cherished stint with CIRAA (The Canadian Independent Recording Artists' Association) as their Director of Member Services before the association sadly dissolved in 2016. In 2018, I moved back to Muskoka, founded The Snow Lake Initiative, a social enterprise that existed (pre-covid) to support my fellow creative artists across Canada and in 2020, I founded Breeze Business Management.

Linda
Linda Moore is a Muskoka girl by heart, Linda moved to Huntsville from Brampton when she was 13 and has never looked back. Linda has worked in many industries from hospitality, retail, insurance to manufacturing but in the end always seems to end up back doing what she loves - working with numbers. With experience in accounts payable, invoicing, inventory control, data entry, supply chain forecasting and more, Linda is very organized, analytical and ambitious. When she was offered a position to work for Breeze Business Management she jumped at the opportunity to continue to learn and grow in her professional career as well as work with amazing colleagues and clients.

Mark
Mark A. Swann B.Sc. was born in 1957 and is, as of 2022, a 64 year old business professional and currently the president of NorthSoft Systems; a 29 year old software development company focusing on advanced accounting systems and point of sale. Mark graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1981 with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Chemistry. After graduating he joined 3M Canada Inc. in London, Ontario as a research chemist. In 1986, he joined Wiik and Hoeglund, later to become KWH Pipe in Huntsville, Ontario as a technical sales representative for their Wehotherm line of preinsulated pipe products. After a few short years he was promoted to Director of Marketing and Sales. In 1992 Mark joined Tembec Inc. in Huntsville, Ontario as their Director of Accounting and Administration, leaving in mid 1993 to start his own software development firm, and NorthSoft Systems was born.
Mark’s extensive business management experience covers the entire range of core business disciplines, including general management, accounting, marketing, and sales. He continues to bring his experience and expertise to clients of NorthSoft, and is a professional associate of Breeze Business Management in Huntsville, Ontario where he also contributes as a business consultant.
